Webinar: Effective Resolution of International Tax Disputes
Date: February 12, 2026

Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM CET

Please join us for a webinar hosted by Wolters Kluwer, ‘Effective Resolution of International Tax Disputes’.

10 years have passed since the BEPS Action 14 Report 14 Making Dispute Resolution Mechanisms More Effective. Since then, more and more cases on cross-border issues are reaching the courts; the MAP process has itself been the subject of litigation and the OECD and the UN have embarked on parallel projects in the field.

Latest OECD statistics show overwhelmingly that taxpayer claims that tax is incorrectly levied are well founded: of over 2500 MAP cases closed in 2024 only 4.4% were found not to be justified and only 2.3% resulted in agreement that there was no tax levied contrary to a treaty. In this webinar, leading international tax experts Natalia Quinones, Scott Wilkie and Jonathan Schwarz will discuss successfully navigating the international and domestic mechanisms for resolving these disputes.
